Browns & Company commenced the new work year with the traditional lighting of the oil lamp and boiling of milk to usher in blessings and prosperity upon the company and its employees.
Mr. Ishara Nanayakkara, Chairman of Browns Group/Deputy Chairman of LOLC Holdings PLC and Mr. Kapila Jayawardena, Group Managing Director/CEO of LOLC Holdings PLC addressed the staff by sharing their vision for the company in the coming year. Their words of inspiration and encouragement coupled with their invaluable insights and years of industry expertise, have facilitated in setting the foundation for 2023 while giving us clear direction on how to approach the new season.
The ceremony was attended by key officials from LOLC and Browns, along with Browns Head Office staff.
