Representing BrownsInvestments PLC a subsidiary of Browns Group and LOLC, Kamantha Amarasekera accompanied by the High Commissioner of Sri Lanka in Kenya Kana Kananathan met the Kenyan President Dr William Ruto at the State House Nairobi, Kenya yesterday.
During their discussion, Kamantha informed President Ruto of their new investments in the tea plantation in Kenya. Browns Investments have invested 12,000 Hectares of tea plantation in Kericho, Kenya which employs over 6,000 Kenyans. President Ruto welcomed the new Sri Lankan investment and assured the full support of his Government in their venture.
