BROWNS SEIZES TOP AWARD AT 54TH ANNUAL REPORT AWARDS

For the fourth consecutive year, Brown & Company PLC walked away with the Silver award in the Trading Companies category at the recently concluded 54th Annual Report Awards. The event which was organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) and held at the Shangri-La Hotel Colombo under the patronage of the Governor of the Central Bank Dr Indrajit Coomaraswamy, is the most prestigious competition for annual reports in the country which has helped to enhance the standards in financial reporting in line with global standards.

Browns Hotels & Resorts has reached new heights and set great records as all four of its world class properties have been awarded the 2019 HolidayCheck award. The resorts won the award with excellent recommendations (90%) and ratings above 5.0/6.0. The HolidayCheck Awards, conferred by the largest German speaking travel portal that offers extensive travel know-how, are being awarded for the 13th year to the most popular hotels worldwide.
