In the event of the selected item being cancelled or out of stock, brownsgroup.com will not transfer your money back and you can buy any other available product upto the value of the previous item. Customers are bound by the terms of warranty applicable to relevant products.

Returns Policy
Returns will be limited to factory defects and not external damages. In which case the same/similar model will be sent to the customer. There will be no refunds and if a customer wishes to exchange a product ordered (before being used) it will be for a model of the same or higher value by paying the difference in price.

The World of Browns offers free delivery within Colombo city limits and greater Colombo area – Our standard lead time for deliveries is 2 working days.
